Know a window repair or replacement company in Ohio that belongs in this rating — your own, or one you have worked with? Send it to us and we will assess it against the same criteria as every company already listed.
Submitting a company is free, and it does not buy a position. It does not guarantee inclusion either. A submission tells us where to look; what the public record says decides the rest. We do not sell placement, ranking, or removal, and there is no paid tier.
How It Works
- You send the basics — legal entity name, city, service area, founding year, services offered, and a website if there is one.
- We check what can be checked — registration with the Ohio Secretary of State, active workers’ coverage with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, city contractor registration, and complaints on record with the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General.
- We publish, or we explain why not — if the company works in Ohio and the records hold up, a page goes live with each figure sourced and dated. If we cannot verify the basics, we will tell you what was missing.
What Gets a Company Declined
- It does not actually serve Ohio — we are removing out-of-state listings as we find them, and we will not add new ones.
- No registered entity we can locate in state records.
- Window work is not what the company does.
If You Are the Company Being Reviewed
You can ask us to correct anything on your page that is wrong, and you can contest an assessment you believe is unfair. We will re-check it against the source and either correct the page or show you what the record says. What we will not do is remove an accurate assessment because it is unflattering, or move a company up on request.
