Who We Are
We’re Rosati Windows, a factory-direct window and door company born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. Our story started with a simple idea from founder Mike Rosati: build better windows, install them the right way, and treat people like neighbors. That mindset still drives us. In January 2024 we became 100% employee-owned, which means everyone you meet here has real skin in the game and a personal stake in your satisfaction.
We’re makers as much as installers. Because we manufacture what we sell, we control the details—from materials to fit to finish. No dealers. No middle layers. Just a team that designs, builds, and installs products built for Midwestern homes and weather. It’s a straightforward promise: quality in, quality out.
What We Do
We custom-build replacement windows and doors—vinyl, wood, and hybrid options—in the styles homeowners actually use: double-hung, casement, sliders, picture windows, awning, bay and bow, plus patio and storm doors. Each unit is measured for your opening, fabricated for a precise fit, and finished with options for color, hardware, glass packages, and trim so it looks like it always belonged there.
The benefit isn’t just looks. Tight tolerances and reinforced frames help fight drafts, reduce outside noise, and improve energy performance. Properly built and sealed windows keep conditioned air where it belongs, which helps stabilize room temperatures and can ease the load on your HVAC. How We Work

My husband and I had Rosati give us a quote to replace all 12 windows and a 3 panel patio door in September of 2024. The price was well below other competitors. We were told it could take 3 months to get the windows. To our surprise, they called early December and sent out a team on December 6 to install. So far, we are extremely pleased with the windows. We replaced original aluminum frames with vinyl. There has been a significant decrease in air and noise. The install team of 3 men worked diligently from about 11am till 5 pm to remove the old windows, install the new windows with caulk, seal and trim; plus they removed all debris from the prior windows. Very efficient process. Thus far, we are very pleased.

Absolutely love this company. First of all, I think their products are some of the best on the market. We didn't replace all our windows at once, but bought a few a long time ago (8-10 years ago?) and they still look like new. Aside from the product itself, the installers were professional, polite, and had very good things to say about how they were treated (because we wanted to know since they are a local company). Based on their feedback on how they were treated, their work, and their work history with this company, I can't help but review this company. Mike Rosati seems to have a great business plan and he is executing it. Provide the best product at a fair price and treat your employees with respect. Plus, when we ordered all our windows, we had the SAME SALESMAN! Employee loyalty is rare, since most companies are not loyal to their employees.
