It all started 6 weeks ago with one cracked window that needed replacing and then I decided to replace 9! If you zoom in you can see how cloudy and old the original aluminum windows were in a 25 year old house! The technician that came to give me an estimate was very helpful and helped me figure out the cost of the new windows. He even explained to me the difference between Window Gurus and some of the competitors I had looked at that also had estimates (and presentations). The best part was he didn't haggle. I placed an order for the windows to be made and the turnaround time was exactly 4 weeks! The project took 2 days and the fitters that came were very efficient, took their time, answered my questions along the way and cleaned up all the rubbish. We did a final inspection (since I am a bit of a perfectionist) and I found one small flaw and he quickly fixed it and apologized. They were very helpful and I felt confident putting my money into such an investment! Highly recommend. In fact, I'm replacing the last two windows this summer because they look amazing!
