Who We Are
We’re Renewal by Andersen, the window and door replacement division of Andersen Corporation. Since 1995, we’ve focused exclusively on helping homeowners replace aging, drafty, or outdated windows and doors with custom-built solutions. That singular focus means we don’t divide our attention between new construction and replacements—we live and breathe the replacement process, and we’ve built an approach that takes care of everything under one roof.
Our story is tied to Andersen Corporation, a company with more than a century of innovation in window and door manufacturing. That heritage gives us the experience and resources to do things differently. But Renewal by Andersen is its own kind of promise: when you work with us, you’re not just buying a product—you’re getting the entire journey managed by one team, from design to installation and beyond. We operate in over a hundred markets across the U.S., but our teams are always local. That matters, because each home, climate, and neighborhood has its own challenges, and we believe the best solutions start close to home.
We want our customers to feel like they’re in good hands from the first call. We’re not here to overwhelm with technical talk or endless catalogs. Instead, we listen to what you want your home to feel like, we look at how you live in it, and then we craft a plan that balances beauty, performance, and longevity. That’s the heart of who we are—craftspeople and neighbors who take pride in making homes more comfortable, efficient, and welcoming.
How We Work
Our process is what sets us apart. We call it Signature Service, and it means we take ownership of the entire project from start to finish. It begins with an in-home consultation. One of our design specialists comes to you, listens to your goals, takes precise measurements, and explains options in clear language. No guesswork, no cookie-cutter choices. Every window and door is made-to-order for your home.
Once your design is finalized, we move into custom manufacturing. That’s where our Fibrex® composite material makes the difference. It’s stronger than vinyl and resists warping, cracking, and fading, which means your new windows and doors hold their look and performance for years. Because Fibrex is so durable, we can build slimmer frames that maximize glass area—more light, better views, and energy efficiency that helps manage your utility bills.
When installation day arrives, our crew handles everything: protecting your space, carefully removing old units, fitting and sealing the new ones, and cleaning up when it’s all done. You don’t have to coordinate between different contractors or worry about who’s responsible if something isn’t right—we’re accountable for the whole job. Our installers are trained specifically for replacements, so they understand the quirks of older homes, the challenges of tight spaces, and the need to respect the character of your house while upgrading its performance.
